What a great time it was getting to know Stacey and Cody at their engagement session. The event was an outdoor photo session captured in the country outside Quincy, Illinois on the family farm. Both in school to become Veterinarians, I realized how tough these two were when they agreed to shoot in temperatures near freezing. Not native to the area, we had a short window to capture both of them together for an engagement session in-between traveling for their last year of school. They were down for the challenge, and it paid off with some beautifully captured smiles. Watching their passion for life and each other play out through the conversations in the session, it was wonderful listening to them recounted early memories of their relationship. Hard workers that have the bravery to dream and build those dreams into reality, I have no doubt that the life they create together will be nothing less than amazing. Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. and blessings for their big adventure!
