Captured in a back yard, we do what we call a Lifestyle Session because we never know what's going to happen ... except life, and a session. Perfect for milestones, we capture the honoree in whatever stage they're in, doing the things they love. I adore this family because we just roll with whatever unfolds and it always ends up beautiful. This time the honoree was Davney and her twelve month milestone. The youngest of three, she fits in with her laughter and smiles. Mom already had a nice family portrait, so the objective was fun and capturing Davney doing what she loves best, spending the summer playing with older brother and sister and laughing at their funny glasses. We themed the session summer. Wanting to get a cute one of her in the tub, we restricted her from going in the back yard while letting her watch her brother and sister sit in the tub. She suddenly wanted to play in the yard and get in the tub. Huh. Jumping through the sprinkler, the kids laughed and played as we enjoyed the last of summer and the celebration of this moment.
