I’ve been needing to blog this session for a while and today seemed like the perfect day to capture it properly. Amy and Michael’s session was absolutely fantastic! Not just from the logistics perspective of life, composition and color, but them. Them. While they were both nervous about being photographed, they adapted beautifully as we laughed about the engagement questionnaire and stories of their past that brought them to the present. We explored Forest Park, had a glass of wine at the Boathouse, and they danced on the dock as the music from a band drifted in the night breeze. They were fully present for every moment, and I was truly honored to capture it.
